Coleslaw Dressing

3/4 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
3 T vinegar
1 1/2 T sugar
dash of salt
1 pkg precut coleslaw mix, or 1/2 head shredded cabbage

Mix ice cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt thoroughly.  Pour onto cabbage and stir until covered.  Refrigerate until serving time.
