2 TBSP butter
 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
 1 tsp salt
 8 oz (about 12) mushrooms, chopped
 1 1/2 cups milk
 Heat butter and oil over medium heat until butter is melted, then stir in  the flour and salt.  Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, just until softened.   Add milk and stir continually until thickened.
